Top 5 FREE tools for remote work

In this current tough situation around the world, we all are encouraged to work from home from our offices. But most of us don’t familiar with work from home concept or they cannot do their work in the home.

But it’s worth learning something new if you are not familiar with work from home.

As an IT company owner, I always used to do stuff online and monitor tasks by remote working tools as a practice.

These my favorite tools for remote working.

01. Trello (Free) – Task Management Tool

Trello is a simple but powerful tool to organize your tasks and monitor progress. Tasks can be categorized and can put into a list under their current status. In task details, members can comment & share their thoughts. Tasks can be grouped with their priority, deadline, etc.

02. Skype (Free) – Chat, Meeting, Screen Sharing

Skype, we widely use for online meetings, presentations, demos & chat with our team members. It’s very user friendly & easy to use.

03. Google Docs (Free) – File Sharing & Editing same file Collaboratively

We widely use Google docs, spreadsheets to share the content across the team. As an example, let’s say we have an important guideline to be followed for a particular project and everyone needs to update that document whether he/she followed that individual guideline.
